I manage numberous properties and began using X-treme a couple of years ago.They have done a fabulous job for me.I have probably used their services over 10 times.I have not been disappointed.In a few cases, I thought I'd have to replace carpet and I'm not sure how he did it, but Luciano worked a miracle!

X-treme cleaned two medium sized wool carpets that were desperately in need of cleaning after several years of use and several more years in storage. They picked up, cleaned, and delivered the carpets (because the carpets are wool, they took them to their warehouse and cleaned them using a cold water process to prevent bleeding and allow them to air dry).

Everyone at X-treme was helpful and professional. The carpets were picked up and returned right on schedule, scheduling was easy as pie, and the entire process went smoothly. The carpets themselves look almost new again--I am very impressed with both the staff and the quality of their services. I will quite happily use them again.
